Pooja was widely renowned as an experienced, competent, no-nonsense delivery manager when she was asked to lead our company-wide Knowledge initiative. I was impressed with her systematic approach, taking an amorphous idea (in those days) from concept to process and product, while handling disparate stakeholders and their interests or hesitations in a nuanced and positive manner. This resulted in lasting value, surviving through an M&A. In the course of her tenure she handled several other initiatives and supported many pursuits, with the same efficiency and self-assurance.
